Eligibility
- You must be a NJ resident
- You must be at least 16* years old and officially withdrawn from school
- You have not graduated from an accredited high school or received a high school equivalency certificate or diploma
*16 and 17 year olds must
submit a properly authorized Consent Form and a Certification of Non Enrollment
in School Form (Guardian must be present for registration)
*18, 19, and 20 year olds must submit a properly authorized Certification of Non Enrollment in School Form (provided by Testing Center)

Required Identification: MANDATORY Two Forms of ID!

of the following) NJ Driver’s license/ driving permit/state or county issued
ID/passport**
o Social Security Card preferred
(will also accept birth certificate, valid credit card)
** If you are showing a US or foreign passport, you
must also provide proof of NJ residency.
NJ Residency: Lease/Rent agreement, utility bill, bank
statement, property tax receipt, federal income tax return. Documents
must be current and display the applicant’s full name and NJ address
